Using Account Credit for Automatic Renewals

You can update your Billing settings to use Account Credit towards automatic renewals.  

Apply this setting in your Name.com account by following the instructions below:

 

  1. Log in to your Name.com account.
  2. Click on the User icon (Screenshot 2024-04-17 at 11.27.25 AM.png), located at the top right, open the drop-down menu, and click Billing.
  3. Check the box to use Account Credit first for automatic renewals

4. Make sure you have a default payment profile setup. After you've added your payment profile, click the Make Default button Screenshot 2024-04-17 at 11.35.37 AM.png. Account Credit will be used until it runs out and then your Default payment method will be charged for future billing. 

 

Note: Account Credit is non-refundable. You can use it towards new purchases or existing renewals either by manually renewing or with automatic renewal.
