Creating Internal KB Articles and Approval:
 
- Double check KB, and coordinate with team to ensure we are not creating duplicate articles/topics 
- Create article with applicable info (screenshots if necessary) >> submit as draft >> email gurus@name.com
-->Once Henrik/Jonny/Jillian/Gregg reviews and approves, the article will appear for viewing for everyone
 
1. Login to Zendesk
2. Click 4 squares in the upper right, then click Help Center
3. Click Articles in the upper left, then Add Article
4. When creating an article...
  •   ensure the title is clear/concise
  •  title should include [internal] in the Title
  •   the body is detailed
  •   it states Draft in the upper right
  •   For category select Internal KB > Drafts under Publish in section
  •   click Create
  •   email gurus@name.com with the article title and a brief description of the content, and whether it is an internal (just for the team) or external (customer-facing) article
* Once Gurus reviews and approves, the article will appear for viewing for everyone
