Importing email from another address

Importing email from an external account to a Name.com email account can be done by following the steps below:

The common exchange formats for email is MIME (.eml):

1. Log into your Name.com Email account on https://mail.name.com.
2. In your inbox select the folder you wish to import messages to.
3. Click the gear icon, located on the bototm left hand corner
4. Click Import Messages.
5. Select the file on your device and proceed to open.
