Name.com's refund policy

 

To see if your domain or product is eligible for a refund, please review our refund policy

If you would like to cancel and refund a domain or product:
  1.  Please log in to your Name.com account.
  2.  Click on the User icon (user-icon.png), located at the top right, open the drop-down menu, and click Billing.
  3. Go to your Order History on the left to request a refund on the order you want.
  4.  Once you find the order, click on the Order ID and then click the Request a Refund button left side of the screen.
