To see if your domain or product is eligible for a refund, please review our refund policy.
If you would like to cancel and refund a domain or product:- Please log in to your Name.com account.
- Click on the User icon (), located at the top right, open the drop-down menu, and click Billing.
- Go to your Order History on the left to request a refund on the order you want.
- Once you find the order, click on the Order ID and then click the Request a Refund button left side of the screen.
